Who We Are
This role will be working closely with the Account Manager on all matters relating to the organizing, follow through, and management of the day-to-day work and account to ensure growth in overall performance for one of our largest businesses in the company.
Key Responsibilities
Able to manage day-to-day project from brief, creation to execution
Translate the client's business requirements into digital or creative briefs
To build a solid working relationship with the team and clients
Proficiently compose internal and client correspondence (timely and accurate) - status report, email recap, creative brief, job requisition
Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
Monitoring all stages of campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly
Monitoring of ATL, BTL, digital media for relevant information on competitive activities and market developments
Keep all teams involved, informed of relevant brand and competitive activity
Ensure all account procedures are efficiently adhered to for the company and its clients
Build receptive client attitude to creative efforts
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Able to work with a very fast-paced account and versatile to change
Resilience
Meticulous attention to detail to avoid errors in execution and brand CI, including documentation and record keeping
Resourceful in problem solving
Good organizational skills
Experience working as a part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a diploma degree; Marketing, Business, or Communications degree preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, added advantages to those with a year of working/internship experience in advertising agency
Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices
Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Internet
