Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement brand and business objectives, including KPIs Lead business analytics by conducting consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis and competitor reviews to interpret and strengthen brand strategic plan and objectives Create integrated marketing plans which includes product launches, promotions and media strategies to drive brand growth and leadership Develop and lead digital and social media strategies to increase brand engagement Establish and ensure adherence to brand merchandising guidelines across all different retail channel distribution Oversee brand A&P, P&L and forecasting, optimizing brand investments Act as a hands-on leader, independently driving brand initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to meet brand objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business field Experience in FMCG, ideally with 1-2 years managing a brand at a reputable FMCG company Preferably experienced in managing beauty or luxury products Strategic thinker, analytical, and insights-driven to create opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented, confident, with strong leadership qualities Independent, innovative, and skilled in multitasking and time management Proactive, with a strong drive to outperform and deliver outstanding results Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
