About the roleAs a Brand Executive at Readycare (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and reputation of our organisation within the Ipoh Perak region.
This full-time position will see you working closely with our marketing and communications team to develop and implement engaging brand strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
What you'll be doing
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create and execute brand-building campaigns across multiple channels
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and integration within the organisation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy
Assist in the production of brand-related content, such as marketing collateral, social media posts, and corporate communications
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the brand's online presence and digital assets
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role
Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate brand vision into tangible campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Proficient in using design and content creation tools to produce brand-aligned assets
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights
Passionate about building and maintaining a strong brand presence in the local market
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
