Job DescriptionFull ownership of the brand's financial performance, including managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, commercial targets, and cost structure.
Formulate brand positioning and strategic direction, leveraging insights and knowledge of the target customer segments, product and market trends, and competitive landscape.
Identify and prioritise growth initiatives for the brand, including new product launches, market/channel expansion strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, product development, and supply chain operations, to achieve business objectives and initiatives.
Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, assess performance, and guide decision-making for future initiatives, and conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Lead a team of brand executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their full potential, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Job RequirementsYou have 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management, e-commerce, marketing, or product development, preferably at a fast-paced startup/B2C space.
Ideally, you have previously managed or even built your own e-commerce, social media, or online consumer business.
Outstanding organisational skills and experience in effectively planning and coordinating projects across multiple departments.
Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive.
A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner.
Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills.
Experienced with and passion for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing is a plus.
Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment, and is eager to help build Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn.
