Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, establish, and execute annual marketing plan and consumer communication initiatives to meet organizational objectives.Autonomously run best in class launch plans on the market.Develop disruptive best in class digital and social marketing plans for brand execution and new brand launches.Demonstrate effective management of marketing, advertising and promotional activities to ensure consistency with brand strategy.Develop innovative growth strategies – take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to.Build brands rapidly, ensuring the brand is relevant and speaks to the consumers at the heart of their lives and interests.Maximize Digital Marketing to ensure efficiency of spend while building relevance amongst consumers.Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies.Identify business opportunities and key issues through market trends analysis, competitor reviews, sales data and market research results.Gather market intelligence – monitor key initiatives as well as key trends (category, consumer, competitor, customer).Maximize the use of data tools to ensure understanding of market & consumer (AC Nielsen, Kantar TNS, MWB).Anticipate bottlenecks, collaborating to create and evaluate productivity and marketing initiatives ROI.Track A&P budgets and spends towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.Work closely with factory and R&D for product development, packaging and consumer testing to optimize existing product mixes for market launch.Establish effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to develop Brand Building and Trade execution plans.Work closely with agencies & suppliers to establish impactful brand plans for execution in market.Manage and coach direct report(s) and multi-functional team partners to get the best from everyone, including recruiting, implementing robust development plans, coaching, and managing employee performance throughout the year.Perform any other ad-hoc duties from time to time.Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience in fast-paced brand (Regional and/or Local Marketing) in any ASEAN region with a strong consumer focus.Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning.Experience in launching end-to-end campaigns in market and new product development launch.Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.Strong persuasiveness, proactivity, and foresight to point out opportunities and risks to the business.Strong track record of consistent in-market delivery.Strong accountability and ownership in tasks and deliverables.Willingness to engage in robust discussions on strategy with a strong point of view.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking – working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.Organizational and planning skills, with experience meeting tight deadlines.Drive for results and leadership skills – problem analysis and problem solving.Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to deliver positive results in a team working environment with a diverse group of cross-functional teams and external parties.#J-18808-Ljbffr
