Reporting to the Brand Director and/or Business Director, the Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic management and execution of client accounts. This position requires a strategic leader capable of balancing client needs with agency goals, fostering client relationships, ensuring project success, and contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-Has worked in an agency before in the role of Senior Brand Executive / Brand Manager and has demonstrated key competencies and capabilities required in a managerial role.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Confident and personable, capable of interacting with clients and delivering presentations.
-Effective multitasking and ability to handle pressure.

Project Management and Team Collaboration:
-Work closely with internal teams, including creative, brand strategy, project management, and production departments, to enhance and deliver exceptional service offerings.
-Ensure project deliverables are managed and delivered according to schedule and meet the agency's standard of excellence.
Communication and Presentation:
-Communicate effectively with clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with agency services.
-Deliver presentations and represent the agency at meetings with confidence and professionalism.
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:
-Utilize critical thinking to identify solutions to challenges and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
-Identify and pursue business growth opportunities within existing client relationships through proactive engagement.
Financial Management:
-Manage the revenue target for the assigned portfolio, collaborating with the Business Lead to formulate clear action plans for achieving annual targets.
-Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business opportunities.
-Ensure cost estimates and invoices are raised in a timely manner for approvals.
