**The Role**:At BCI, we are always looking to grow our teams with talented people and achieve great things together. As Sr. Marketing Executive (Publishing), your role is to identify and execute opportunities to improve presence, engagement and uptake of BCI Central's Publishing products and services by supporting the marketing department with initiatives and campaigns across Asia and Group. You also will be responsible to develop a consistent marketing narrative and drive communications internally & externally.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor development/progress on both internal & external platform.- Obtain the latest information on the current trends & take proactive steps to overcome challenges.- To prepare monthly reports on results.- Initiate branding/marketing campaigns to generate higher ROI (customer engagement) and achieve KPIs linked to social media targets, websites' traffic, SEO-related targets, apps-related targets.- Working closely with Group Marketing team in preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives along with in-house designers to produce marketing communication material within brand guidelines.- Liaising with media, government agencies, associations, printers and publishers to increase Publishing products' market presence.- Managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, and others.- Liaising with events coordinators to maximize presence and engagement of Publishing products at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate.- Attending key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups.- Monitoring competitors' activity and generating leads for products and services.- Any ad hoc task assigned from time to time.**Requirement/Qualifications**:- Minimum 5 years working experience as project/marketing executive.
