• Preferably Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
• Internship durationminimum of 4 monthsSkills & Abilities
• Decent communication and writing skills: Ability to articulate points effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to the planning and execution of activation programs.
• Basic understanding of strategic marketing principles and the ability to apply them in practice.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media tools: Mid to heavy user of FB, IG, TikTok, Twitter.
• Familiarity with basic design skills: Ability to use Canva.Personal Attributes:
• Strong interest & pro-active in marketing activations and event management
• Eager to gain hands-on experience in executing event-based activities such as product launches, partners engagements and roadshows.
• Does not mind occasional physically-involved works
• Willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks in the brand and marketing space
• Attention to detail – able to manage multiple tasks with good time managementJOB SCOPE:Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and activations to promote the brand.
Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure smooth executions of events.
Help in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on event performance.
Provide support in developing external communications materials for various platforms – KEC, Mailchimp, Exact Target, social media, website etc.
This includes collaborating with different internal stakeholders to draft/edit/review communication materials, design posters, festive greetings, social media captions etc.
Editing/Proofreading - Proofread and updating/revising minor changes to marketing collaterals such as brochures, buntings, posters, flyers etc (as and when necessary).
Coordination - Support the coordination of marketing collaterals production which include liaising with vendors, tracking artwork progress/updates, logistics etc.
Design support – Assist in creating simple/basic marketing collaterals i.e brochure, poster etc.
(if required).EXPERIENCE (Plus points):Involvement in organizing university events, student club activities, or volunteer initiatives demonstrating a passion for event planning and execution.
Participation in relevant coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities related to marketing, communications, or event management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
