The PK-G12 Curriculum Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving educational excellence across all grade levels by developing, aligning, and enhancing curriculum pathways (AP and A-Level programs).
Collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and key stakeholders, the coordinator ensures a cohesive curriculum that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and meets the diverse learning needs of all students.
The coordinator oversees curriculum development, standards alignment, materials selection, and the analysis of student outcomes to create a high-quality learning experience.
Responsibilities
Media managementDevelop, implement, and manage social media program initiatives for both self-owned official platforms and paid online media (including but not limited to TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Baidu Ads, etc.
), to expand brand awareness and generate high-quality leads for the School.
Take charge of the overall content creation for the School's social media platforms, including photography, visual design, and copywriting.
Define critical social media KPIs.
Prepare social media reports, measuring the effectiveness of our activities.
Reach out to target markets, driving traffic (Reach & View) for student recruitment.
Whole-school event managementResponsible for producing localized content to align with the brand.
Plan, implement, and evaluate online and offline brand events, including contract negotiation when applicable.
Design, manage, and coordinate the planning and execution of whole school events, including liaising with academic departments and senior leadership team (SLT); ensure events align with the School's brand and objectives.
Monitor branding to ensure consistency and appropriateness across platforms and events.
Support teachers in implementing new teaching strategies and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Stay abreast of educational trends and emerging technologies to inform professional development initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing social media, ideally in-house on the brand side.
Excellent writing and editing skills are essential.
Strong understanding of current social media trends and context.
Passion for the education industry.
Proficiency in general media software, including but not limited to Final Cut, EDIUS, After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere; willing to design simple posters and edit short videos.
Preference for candidates who have successfully operated video accounts on channels (TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese, Communication, Journalism, PR, or Cultural Studies is preferred.
