Bridge Engineer (Johor Based)

You will be responsible to: Perform detailed structural analysis and design of bridge components including beams, decks, abutments, piers, and foundations.Utilize industry-standard software and tools for modelling and simulation to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.Lead and coordinate bridge engineering projects from conception to completion.Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and construction standards.Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase.Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are implemented.Resolve engineering and construction issues promptly and effectively.Ensure all designs and construction practices comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.Promote and enforce safety practices and protocols on all project sites.To be successful for the role: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge engineering, infrastructure or building construction, or related fields. Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
