Job SummaryResponsible in providing support to the Head of Department and related parties in the Department – sales, administration and management work.
Job QualificationsDegree or Equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in General broking segment.
Job Accountabilities - Key AccountabilitiesTo assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget.
To secure new and renewal accounts under broker portfolio.
Servicing brokers under portfolio / to assist in claims / handling issues raised by brokers.
To assist in managing premium collections / monitoring outstanding premium aging to desired level.
Execute all sales and marketing related activities and to assist the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing activities.
To ensure the business portfolio mix (motor and non-motor) to the desired ratio.
