Collection of property maintenance fees/ miscellaneous payment, attend to owner's inquiries and resolve their problems/ complaints, report and follow up with contractors on rectification of defects.- Corespond towards owners' problems and complaint (most of the time is Chinese Owner from China)- Responsible for creating, updating and keeping of management files.- Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors and maintenance team on property inspection/ maintenance/ issues.- Timely reporting on all kinds of incidences and emergencies to the Project Manager/ management.- Maintain good customer relationship with the JMB and residents.- Assist in organizing community activities and publicity work.- Responsible for the **administrative work** at the Service Centre.- To complete any **other assignments/ tasks** given by the Project Manager/ Company.**Job Requirements**:- At least 1 year experience in similar industry i.e. **Customer Service/ Property Management/ Real Estate/ Property Developer.**:- **FRESH GRADUATES **are encouraged to apply.- Proficient in **Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.**:- Non Chinese speaker also welcome to apply.- Willing to work **6 days work week.**:- Working hours**:9.00am to 6:00pm.**:- Work location**:Taman Kota Masai, Johor Bahru****Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you able to start work immediately?
