Building Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Property Management or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management.

At least 2 years of experience in Property Management or building/facilities management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong report writing and presentation abilities.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with the Building Manager and work effectively in a team.Strong leadership skills and proficiency in computer applications.
