Building Maintenance Supervisor Coordinator

Monitor, maintain and conduct Preventive Maintenance for overall building work and related as listed above covers:- Supervise and monitor a team of Air Cond Technician, General Worker, Handyman, Sewage Crew, Painter and EHS Technician.- Weekly Maintenance Service for building report (Work order)- Weekly Maintenance Service summary report- Weekly Attendance report- Monthly Maintenance Service report- Monthly RBA Compliance report- Incident Report / 8D- Daily conduct morning meeting- Audit: Toilet, panting, sewage, air Cond, drainage, gutter, Factory Perimeter inspection, Factory Fencing inspection, Cleanroom. Office: Main office, S3 office, Training room, Meeting room inspection, Walkway factory corridor and overall indoor outdoor.- Project monitoring (SSS)- SAFETY DATA SHEET (SDS) Control.**Additional Scope**:- Building relate Audit Inspection and Standby- Emergency Support work after working hours- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field.- 3-5 years working experience in building maintenance services.- Site Safety Supervisor competencies.- CSPS Holder / Yellow book will be and added advantage.- Experience in handling RBA compliances will be priority advantage.- Computer literate and must be able to use Work Order Management System.**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM3,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Senawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
