Building Maintenance Technician

Qualification/Experience SPM or at least 2 year of relevant experience Candidate with a chargeman license will be an advantage Duties and responsibilities To carry out maintenance and minor repair of MEP related works.To prepare and carry out Daily/Weekly/Monthly check list of all common areas Facilities as below Daily : Ground/Rooftop water tanks of the building are full during morning and before Base work.Swimming pool water circulation pump are in good working order.Gym Room is in good condition and equipment are accounted for.Check Barrier Gates are in good working condition Check Main Switch (MSB) Check all water/electrical riser rooms.Check Security clocking in reports.Check CCTV.Weekly: Check common area stair cases lightning/street lights Perimeter Fencing Check rubbish rooms for blockage.Check Gen Set and battery/fuel are all in good running condition.Monthly : Check main switch panels of the buildings.Update maintenance inventory stock.Check domestic water pumps.
