Building Maintenance Technician

Required Skill(s): 



-Technical and maintenance work


-Attend to installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical wiring system, air conditioning system, plumbing, fire-fighting system as well as other building services.


-Carry out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set.


-Assist in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor.


-Prepare daily and monthly report

; Requirements:-


-Minimum SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in the relevant field with at least 2-3 years of Building Maintenance working experience.


-Male age above 25 years old


-Must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English


-At least 2 years working experience in property building management


-Able to work independently and show initiative


-Able to start work immediately


-Posses own transport


-Able to work during weekends
