Building Surveyor

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification
Registered with Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM)
At least 2 years' experience as Building Surveyor in Property Industry
Strong knowledge of high rise building systems
Experience in high rise building audits
Expertise in understanding and verifying architectural and M&E drawings
Knowledge in AutoCAD an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough building audit during takeover of site
Review as-built drawing and identify any discrepancy
Recommend solutions to issues identified
Responsible to develop tracker to monitor status of defects identified
Lodge defects to developer / authority and liaise with project team on rectification
Prioritization of issues according to level of urgency
Liaise with finance manager & procurement manager to prepare plan and develop specification for the rectification of defects
Communication to stakeholders on status of defects
