Building Technician

-Technical and maintenance work.


-Running tests and interpreting results to identify any unusual symptoms thus make recommendations for any preventative, corrective maintainance actions.


-Writing reports regarding equipment, safety regulations and preventative maintenance plans.


-Plan schedule maintenance and daily worktask checklist according to company requirement.


-Attend to installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical wiring system, air conditional system, plumbing, fire-fighting system as well as other building services.


-Carrying out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set.


-Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor.


-Prepare daily and monthly report.


-Being supportive and able to carry out other general tasks (multitask).

; Requirements:-  



-Minimum SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in the relevant field with at least 2-3 years of Building Maintenance working experience.


-Male age above 25 years old.


-Must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.


-At least 2 years working experience in property building management.


-Able to work independently and show initiative.


-Able to start work immediately.


-Posses own transport.


-Able to work during weekend, Public Holiday.


-Positive and hardworking .


-Good attitude and energy.
