Building Technician, Property Management

1. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the entire building's electrical installation and monitoring of LV/HV facility equipment performance.2. Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to schedule.3. Assist in monitoring all works being performed by outside contractors.4. Coordinate special projects as directed by the building manager/executive.5. Responsible for alerting the building manager/executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.6. Ensure compliance of safety standard and compliance to all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.7. Repair and maintenance of air conditioning, faulty appliances, carpentry, drywall, fix electrical issues, flooring, painting, plumbing, water roofing, construction civil and structural work.8. Meeting deadline and KPI set by the Company.9. On 24 hours Stand-By-Call at designated sites that may be assigned to you.10. To record daily task in the logbook.11.
