Building Technician- Seremban / Cheras / Old Klang Road

Job Responsibilities: To carry out routine monitoring, maintenance and repair of facility equipment and utilities. Perform troubleshooting and repair on all the system and utilities placed under the care of department for uninterrupted building activities. To maintain, upkeep and upgrading the building, facilities equipment and services. Attend to all maintenance breakdown and repairing work. To responsible for the fire fighting system at building. Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Job Requirement: Certificate in servicing air-conditioning system for high rise building. At least 3 years working experience in property line. Responsible for the daily operation of all M&E services. Able to work independently and possess good communication skills. Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays. Work Schedule:
