Bus Bidding & Tender Coordinator (Pasir Gudang)

We are looking for a motivated Bus Tendering & Bidding Executive to lead and manage the tendering and bidding process for our bus services. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire bid lifecycle, from identifying tender opportunities to preparing and submitting compelling proposals. 
Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire bus tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final submission.Prepare detailed bid proposals, including technical and financial aspects, based on tender documents.Evaluate potential opportunities by analyzing tender documents, market conditions, and competitor activity.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all technical specifications and budgets are aligned with the tender requirements.Negotiate terms with contractors and ensure compliance with service quality, costs, and performance standards.Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete for successful submission and compliance with regulatory standards.Monitor ongoing contract performance, ensuring all service agreements are met, and address any compliance issues that arise.Engage stakeholders and maintain transparency throughout the tender process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.At least 2 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or related roles.Strong knowledge of tendering processes, especially in the transportation industry.Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and contract management.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
