Business Account / Customer Program ManagementResponsible for overall account management of assigned customers/accounts
Responsible for revenue and organic growth targets
Responsible for RFQ and pricing, legal affairs, negotiations (in any assigned area)
Responsible for understanding and driving the customer/account P&L (sales, margins, mark-ups), contribution goals, inventory goals and any other specific cost drivers.
Responsible for building and maintaining good working relationship with assigned customer through consistent, timely and accurate data feed
Responsible to understand customer contracts and the relation to actual production and processes
Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues
In charge of customers satisfaction reviews and corrective actions
PIC and coordinator for hosting all customer visits
Lead customer programs and cross functional management, working closely with project managers to meet customer's requirements and objectives (Example: VA/VE, NPI, Transfer programs)
Identify & develop profitable new business opportunities through market research and funnel generation
Work closely and maintain good working relationships with ASE global sales team to identify and drive opportunities
Qualifications:
Degree with minimum 3 years working experiences.
Assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent presentation skills and preparation of presentation materials
Ability to interact with all levels/positions including Senior Positions
Fluent in BOTH English and Mandarin as needed to support for Europe or Asia market.
Must be able to problem solve, prioritize and have the ability to multitask and continuously improve processes and capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills, and numerical analytical skills. Meticulous and detail oriented.
Understanding of product development life cycle and supply chain processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, transportation and warehousing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
