Business Administration Executive

Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses.
HR and Payroll:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Financial Administration:
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping.

-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


-Skills: 


-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
