Key Responsibilities: Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Gain exposure to operations management and administrative duties, including invoicing, billing and preparing reports.
Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies inventory.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation of petty cash record and transactions.
Assist in sales invoicing, insurance renewals, vehicle registrations and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate with contractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Comply with all standard operating procedures (SOP).
Who We're Looking For: Current student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Diploma program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on varied tasks.
Must have own transport as the branch is not directly accessible by public transportation.
Available to start by October for a minimum of 4 months.
Internship allowance provided.
