Total Monthly Salary**: RM **3,500 - RM 4,500** (including base salary, commissions, EPF, PERKESO, & EIS) ?? **Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Managing Daily Operations**: Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. **Tenant & Property Management**: Handle tenant viewings, check-ins, check-outs, and contract renewals.Market available units to maximize occupancy rates.Address tenant inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive tenant relations. 3. **Customer Service & Fast Response**: Provide prompt replies to messages from tenants and clients.Ensure fast responsiveness to inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction. Record-Keeping**: Maintain essential data, records, and reports using Excel or other data management tools.Scheduling and Planning**: Arrange meetings, prepare schedules, and coordinate project timelines.Property Maintenance Coordination**: Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and liaise with contractors.Customer and Vendor Relations**: Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
