Job DescriptionDeliver service & support to end-users & operate automated call distribution phone software via remote connection or over the internet.
Interact with customers to provide & process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products & services.
Gather customer information & determine the issue with skillful troubleshooting.
Update the content of the company website as necessary. Candidates with WordPress knowledge are desirable.
Diagnose & resolve technical hardware & software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, desktop & server OS.
Identify & escalate priority issues per client specifications.
Accurately process & record all transactions using a computer & designated tracking software.
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's & client's business.
Organize ideas & communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners & situations.
Follow up & make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary.
Stay current with system information, changes & updates.
Job RequirementsDegree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
Relevant working experience in this field is required.
Possess a valid driving license.
