Job DescriptionThe Junior Business Administrator will support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, playing an essential role in maintaining smooth office functions and assisting various teams. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative SupportAssist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Help prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required by management and project teams.Operations AssistanceSupport daily operational activities, ensuring efficient office workflows and helping to coordinate inter-departmental communication.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and documentation management to keep information up-to-date and accessible.Financial and Billing SupportWork with the finance team to track expenses, assist with processing invoices, and follow up on client payments.
Assist with budget tracking and reporting, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.Client and Team CoordinationHelp coordinate communication between teams and clients, ensuring client inquiries are directed to the right team members and followed up on.
Support client onboarding and project coordination tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and information exchange.Resource ManagementAssist with inventory management, including tracking office supplies and equipment.
