Job Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying business challenges and collaborating with stakeholders to create solutions that meet business goals.
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and helping design solutions to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and document these requirements in detail. Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiencies. Data Analysis: Use data to support decision-making, perform cost-benefit analysis, and ensure solution quality. Solution Design: Work with development and design teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, assisting in the design of new systems and processes. Project Management: Track project progress, identify risks, and work with project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to create test cases, validate solutions, and ensure they meet business requirements before implementation. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare) may be preferred. Skills: Proficiency in requirements gathering and process documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methods. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or other relevant certifications. Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or other analytical software. Domain Knowledge: Specialized knowledge in domains such as banking, finance, healthcare, or logistics.
