Business Analysis Specialist Iv

Be a part of the Business/Function Consulting track within the IT function. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst the person will collaborate with the Human Resources (HR) function to align with business needs as it pertains to utilization of ServiceNow for the HR Function. They will act as a specialist within IT for HR, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services.**Key Responsibilities**:- Ability to quickly adapt assigned business area's products and processes- Collecting requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes- Link how IT affects an organization and link it to redesigned business processes- Communicate business requirements to important technical specifications for the team.- Prioritize the backlog of projects for the ServiceNow platform team- Leverage technical knowledge and ability to express sophisticated technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business- Networks with other PPG Analysts to understand how IT solutions are deployed in other areas to address business problems- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn quickly to develop effective working relationships across a complementary team of functional, technical, and business partners**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent background- Minimum 3 years of IT or a related field experience- Exposure in leading and delivering small projects through Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a plus- Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing- Must have a strong systems and process orientation and good track record of participation on IT project teams- Ability to connect with all management levels and desire to cultivate the development of junior team members- ServiceNow knowledge is preferred, but a deep technical business analyst with relevant experience and a desire to learn is a needed
