Business Process and System Process Analysis
Understand the business policies / processes and map the same as system requirement for both Finance and SCM modules
Evolution of a good, user-friendly system for end-user usage
Evolve system requirements for newer Accounting Standards, SCM Standards and statutes in force
Evolve system requirements with adequate internal controls
Evolve system requirements with adequate audit trails
User Training
Overall training plan
Process documentation
Train the trainer
Evolve quarterly plans by unit and train teams and trainer on various modules
Software Testing
Functional Testing of the system with relevant documentation
Functional Testing of Fixes and Patch releases
Analyses and appraises adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effectiveness of departments
Ensures that prompt, courteous, efficient, and personalized service is provided to all customers, in order to maximize satisfaction
Ensures relevant statutory requirements and norms are met so as to achieve efficiency of business operations
Updates himself/herself with the latest trends and developments in the industry
Ensures effective implementation of code of conduct and standards of the hospital
New hospital implementation
Travel to other branches may be required, including short or long-term stays for those involved in the project
Qualification and Education Requirement
Degree in Accounting.
Possesses Special Certification in ERP Financial Domain will be an added advantage or its equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years' working experience with active participation with ERP Tier 1 or 2 Financial and SCM Modules
Experience with Oracle ERP Finance or SCM would be an added advantage
Well-versed in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Must possess the highest standards of ethics, excellent communication skills, proven leadership skills, and an uncompromising attitude towards quality
Must possess a valid driving license in Malaysia and be willing to travel frequently internally and as required abroad#J-18808-Ljbffr
