Business Analyst, Bank Broking

Responsibilities: Work closely with Project Managers and different business owners to ensure the projects roadmap are delivered within the project timeline.Lead the BA role for significant projects under Maybank Investment Bank which includes handling business demands from various user groups and providing support to users related to system enhancements.Clarifies and translate the business requests into business requirements documentation (BRD) or functional specifications documentation (FSD). Analyse the impact of the business demands to existing IT systems and advise solution with consultation from IT Application or system vendors. Communicate and work closely with business stakeholders and IT Application/ solution providers for the completion of business requirements, preparation of user functional specification, test artefacts and User Acceptance Testing.Responsible for the co-ordination between business users and IT Application teams or system solution providers which may require project management skills, if required.Providing support to users on system production related issues and perform testing for scheduled system upgrades or maintenances.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in Capital Market or Investment Banking or Stockbroking products. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levelsAnalytical thinking and problem solvingAble to work under pressure, in meeting tight deadlines, independent and possess positive attitude.Possess excellent Business Writing skills.Preferably candidate with Degree in IT, or equivalent working experience with strong interest in IT knowledge
