Business Analyst (General Insurance)

**Responsibilities**:- KISL Technology Centre is specialized in IT recruitment for our clients - leading multinational and financial companies, with 20+ year track record in Malaysia.- We are looking for Business Analysts for Digital Transformation Project.- Highlights:- Fast-Track career growth- Attractive remuneration package- Work-life balance- Opportunity to take part in large transformation project**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for planning and implementation of operational projects, programs and improvement plans that has been assigned by the Head of Business Analyst.- Provide consultation, recommendation and implementation on IT/Ops related matters.- Conduct business scoping with the business users and to develop the User Requirements for signoff.- Review the documented User Requirements with the Business User and to obtain proper signoff.- Work with business units and IT to document functional test scenarios, test plans, and end-user acceptance testing criteria.- Participate projects in accordance to project management principles and methodologies as business analyst roles.- Develop/Maintain/Upgrade documentation specifics to Business Analyst.- Ensure personal development for self-improvement and build positive working relationships within the team.**Requirements**:- At least 3 years of experience in General Insurance domain.- Business Analyst skill set - such as able to document the business requirements, analyzed the requirements, etc. - min 3 years.- GI domain knowledge (product development, underwriting, RI, Claims, Finance & regulatory related is added advantage) - min 4 years.- Working experience in Digital projects - min 2 years.- Experienced to work with Technical staff (inclusive of vendors) & Business stakeholders- Able to propose solutions or workaround.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
