Business Analysts support the operations they are aligned with by providing reporting, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders.Responsibilities:Develops reports and analyzes for data accuracy.
Analyzes root quality issues and makes recommendations to more senior staff for resolution.
Designs reports analyzing data from one or multiple systems to key specifications of more senior staff and business stakeholders.
Provides analysis on business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.
0-2 years experience.
Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations.
Beginner systems knowledge in assigned functional area.
Microsoft Excel - intermediate skills.
Microsoft PowerPoint - beginner to intermediate.
Presentation skills - basic skills required.
