Business Analyst

Exp:2 to 5 yrs
Location:Malaysia (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation.
Utilize ServiceNow, SAP S4 Hana, Microsoft PowerBI, and O365 apps to support business operations and decision-making.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations.
Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to implement and optimize business solutions.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven ability to collect, analyze, interpret and present data.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP S4 Hana, Microsoft PowerBI, and O365 apps.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with remote teams and customers.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Business Analysis or related field.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL, LEAN, PMO and other IT service management frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
