Business Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborating with stakeholders to conduct exploratory data analysis and provide actionable insights with strategic recommendations Reporting the results and strategic recommendations back to the relevant members of the businessTranslate data-driven insights into effective business strategies and operational improvementsAnalyzing data using SQL on BI tools and providing on-demand reportsIdentifying patterns and trends in data sets and interpreting their implications for business strategyReporting on key metrics creating, building and maintaining reporting suites.TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION: With at least 2 years & above work experience in Business Analyst related fieldProven work experience as a business analyst or data analyst, with a strong record of delivering actionable business insightsProficiency in data analysis with SQL and BI toolsDetail oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business problems into analytical questions Capable of planning work and optimizing workflow for productivityStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to stakeholders at all levelsExperience in gaming applications, e-commerce, marketing analytics is preferredKnowledge in R language and C programming With good verbal and written communication skills in English and MandarinWillingness to work and relocate on-site in the Philippines
