Role and responsibilities
-Perform requirement/gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
-Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business goals, requirements, and priorities.
-Understand user's needs, liaise with development team, and provide clarifications on customization requirements.
-Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation as needed.
-Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
-Documenting and communicating the result of your effort.
-Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion date
-Work closely with development team to ensure understanding of requirements and resolve the concerns during the development process.
-Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
-Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
-Review QA test case and assist in UAT.
-Able to work with minimal guidance.
-Actively communicate within the team members.

; Requirements:- Qualifications and requirements
-1 - 4 Years of experience in Business Analyst or related fields.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile principles.
-Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
-Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
-Experience in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
-Understanding of API is a must.
-Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation artifacts.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
-Experience in Fintech will be an added advantage.
-Minimal knowledge in SQL will be an added advantage.
