Business Analyst

-Assists in the identification and analysis of business requirements and systems specifications.


-Act as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle.


-Conducts feasibility studies and analyses on the risk and benefits of proposed solutions.


-Assists with translating business requirements into functional specifications, and document specifications.


-Evaluate the ability of an existing system to support proposed changes and identify system deficiencies and performance gaps.


-Supports users on change control and systems updates and User Acceptance Testing and integration testing by the implementation plan.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or related discipline.


-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


-Possesses an analytical mind and can see interlinkages with system solutions and usability.


-Competent in business needs analysis and business requirement mapping.


-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.


-Experience with Customer Communication Management Systems (OpenText Exstream or equivalent) will be an added advantage.


-Experience working with systems related to Investment Banking and financial Securities will be an added advantage.
