The Offer Work alongside & learn from best in class talent Join a well known brand within Retail Attractive salary & benefits The Job Be the subject matter expert with the system's functionality and usage, guide each business department in using the system, and support each business department's daily operations at the system (functional) level.
Be responsible for the store's software configuration, troubleshooting software failures in a timely manner, and ensuring store functioning and business operations.
Assist each department in conducting data statistics and analysis, gathering feedback and opinions from each department, communicating with the system provider via project management method, and ensuring the seamless implementation of each project.
Be in charge of coordinating local third-party technology providers in Malaysia, as well as payment, SMS, and other technical activities, to ensure smooth collaboration with third parties and system operation.
The Profile You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience Ability to converse, read/write in Chinese is not required, but preferred.
