Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will work to gather and document business requirements, analyze system functionality, and support the implementation of technology solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in helping to troubleshoot issues and provide system support to IT department/end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement
Support the design and implementation of new systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Prepare monthly documents
Participate in testing and quality assurance processes
Provide ongoing system support and maintenance
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure system effectiveness
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
More than 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
