Business Analyst

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Data Governance - Be an expert on processes that feed data sources & understand impacts of changes to data structures and inputs- Data Architecture - Synchronize and navigate internal systems to bring insights out of data- Client Interaction - Manage expectations and accurate deliverables for external stakeholders- Accuracy & Standardization - Be the source of truth & own data consumption strategies- Automation & Documentation - Scale business intelligence through tech-enabled solutions & maintaining easy-to-replicate process documentation- Confidence & Accountability - Own the insights you develop & use them to change the news**REQUIRED**- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology, or other quantitative sciences- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server ('08) and SQL Server Management Studio: ETL tools (extraction, transform, load)- Experience with Python (preferred or similar scripting language) such as C#- Experience using business analytics reporting tools (Tableau) to create visualizations- Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills**PREFERRED**- Experience with R, S+, or others statistical packages- Experience with data analysis libraries like pandas, numpy, and scipy- Experience using business analytics reporting tools (Tableau) to create visualizations of performance measures and trends- Working knowledge of data extraction methodologies across multiple database platforms- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Formsite**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Rotational shift
