**JOB SUMMARY**The Business Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders across departments to gather data and facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting data and financial analysis, to support decision-making. This role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.He/she needs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in processing customer and vendor invoices, customer payments, and other financial transactions. He/she will also require conducting thorough data and financial analysis.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for daily billing functions and month end closing- Monitor the functions of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable sections.- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.- Participate in the develop and implementation of internal controls on processes, and workflows.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, Finance, IT etc. to provide support for process improvement and reporting needs.- Proactively work within Operations team and management to improve revenue & profitability yield beyond the budget.- Develop and maintain a positive client & vendor relationship by providing routine follow up.- To ensure compliance with procedure and policy set by Company.- To perform general administration task / report and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.- 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and problem-solving abilities.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.- Self-motivated and responsible- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Oracle or any other accounting software- Strong written, interpersonal communication & presentation skill- Able to work & deliver within tight deadlines.- Must be able to function well under minimum supervision- Possess own transport & willing to travel.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 03/01/2024
