Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:



-Recommend and participate in organizational transformational change to streamline processes and ensure sustained rapid growth.


-Identify market gaps based on the current financing needs and design financing products to serve the underserved community.


-End-to-end product development including outlining clear goals and strategies for the product, as well as potential risks, challenges, and opportunities.


-Strategize and recommend recovery solutions through negotiating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.


-Conduct market research and perform portfolio monitoring based on the market conditions and the risk parameters set.


-Perform risk assessment on new client to deliver a defensible analysis and practical advice on risk mitigation.


-Project manage the launch of the product with internal and external stakeholders.

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.


-Critical thinker with strong analytical skills, able to assess risks and develop innovative solutions.


-Quick learner, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and contributing to multiple projects.
