Business Analyst

-Collect, validate, and document business requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy.

-Develop detailed functional specifications for proposed solutions.

-Prepare and update internal and external documentation, and oversee the formal initiation and delivery of requirements.


-Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights, ideas, and findings with stakeholders.


-Provide training sessions for internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.


-Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

; Requirements:-


-Minimum 1-3 years working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT / FinTech industry. Experience working in the cards/payments industry will be an added advantage.


-Proficiency in reading and understanding Java and Cobol code is a plus.


-Ability to read and comprehend Linux/Unix scripts.


-Experience with Linux/Unix systems, including performing basic commands.


-Able to write simple SQL queries to retrieve data.


-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.


-Excellent communication and writing skills.
