Position SummaryThe Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations in the digital industry.
Key AccountabilityProduct Development And ManagementRequirements Gathering and analysis
Work closely with the business unit to understand business objectives and document detailed requirements for web application/features.
Stakeholder collaboration and engagement
Maintain effective communication with the business unit, designer, developer, QA, and scrum master to ensure deliveries in a tight deadline.
Liase between stakeholder and development team to ensure a good understanding of the requirements, obstacles, limitations, and customer needs.
Documentation
Create detailed BRD (business requirement documents) and manage user stories.
Refine requirements throughout the project sprint with the business unit.
Prepare project milestones and timelines to achieve project implementation on time.
Collaboration with QA
Collaborate with QA to ensure full understanding of the new feature or product in order to deliver proper test cases.
Provide necessary documentation or presentation to QA team for successful sign off.
Project Planning
Assist product owner in defining project scope, goals, risk analysis, and deliverables.
Help to clarify project scope and requirements when required.
Customer Satisfaction
Engage with the business unit to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction in delivered solutions.
Monitor customer behavior via various online tools for enhancement planning.
Regulatory compliance
Ensure the solutions/features comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualification & Working ExperienceMin diploma/degree in computer science/IT or equivalent with > 1-3 years working experience.
Web, Digital, and coding knowledge; experience in AEM or CMS is preferred.
Strong analytical acumen.
Time management skills.
You enjoy translating client business needs into website capabilities and making sure that customers are adept at using those features.
You are a big-picture thinker who knows how to bring improvement to complex systems.
Understanding of the bridge between designer and developer.
Ability to effectively bridge the gap between the business unit and customer.
Hands-on knowledge of report and dashboard development using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or a similar data visualization tool.
Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
You understand the concept of digital and find no issue working at midnight or anytime when required as digital products are 24 hours.#J-18808-Ljbffr
