About the Role
The Business Analyst Intern supports projects by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in solution implementation.
Working with cross-functional teams, the role focuses on improving efficiency and bridging business needs with technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Work with IT and other departments to test and validate new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Oversee loan applications and approval processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Utilize AI automation in maintaining and updating sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
Assist in writing credit papers when required, ensuring they are accurate and adhere to company standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Job RequirementsKey Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage.
