IMMEDIATE HIRING for BUSINESS ANALYST - IT @ Mont Kiara for an INSURANCE Company LOCAL MALAYSIANS - MANDARIN SPEAKING MUST Bachelor's degree in computer science, math/science or MIS/CIS . Working Experience in an Insurance industry will be preferable. To work alongside underwriters and report directly to the project manager/ Chief Technology Officer.
To perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and user acceptance testing. Responsibilities: • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. • Performing requirements analysis. • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with external system vendors, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. • Performing user acceptance testing. • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. • A bachelor's degree in computer science, math/science or MIS/CIS is required. • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentation
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.
• Ability/Willingness to travel
