Project and Business Solutions Manager The candidate will be part of MHC Project Management Office & Business Solutions and will be assigned to leads and directs multiple and concurrent projects. He/ She will be involved in larger-scale programmes and responsible for delivery across domains, business units and technologies.
This is a hands-on role which requires understanding of Insurance & Healthcare processes, strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy when defining projects plan and scope.
The primary responsibility of the role will be to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations (whether internal to MHC or to the client's team). He/she may take responsibility for the management of projects and collaborate with senior members in MHC involved in project delivery to achieve business objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and direct concurrent projects, ensure the management of multiple related projects directed towards a common objective.Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.Ensure satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the business units/users.Ensure that the project is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and users 'satisfaction.Manage the delivery of the project, including scope control and change management.Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the stakeholders.Documentation and management of risks and issues.Collaborate with the technology team to conceptualize and implement new initiatives relating to Digital Transformation.Engage stakeholders to adopt changes that will transform and build significant impact to the digital transformation.Evaluate and recommend suitable process, services and systems during engagements with stakeholders and users.Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.Lead the on-boarding of client with the various products and services MHC ecosystem.
