The position will explain how products work and the services available, provide sales materials and support, create new leads, and follow up with new customers. The sales specialist can work on a wide variety of relevant industries, such as manufacturing, retail, and pharmaceutical, with a focus on payroll accounts.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesFunctional (job responsibilities)
Generate and qualify leads from internal and external lists to achieve acquisition goals.
Source and develop client referrals to achieve acquisition goals.
Develop sales proposals and customize them by client.
Schedule sales activity and ensure optimum pipeline generation.
Make sales calls to new potential and existing clients.
Negotiate effectively with clients.
Conduct briefings and training for clients.
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.
Follow up on sales activities to ensure timely sales closure and account openings.
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
Carry out market research and surveys.
Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
Ensure all tasks are carried out in full compliance with guidelines and regulations.Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
Collaborate with other departments to create a unified experience.

Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
