The Sales Executive carrying the title of Business Consultant is responsible for building business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Answering queries, offering advice, and introducing our services.
Sourcing for new leads and prospects.
Meeting with clients virtually or physically during sales visits.
Understanding and keeping up-to-date with all relevant Acts & Regulations to ensure compliance by clients.
Preparing quotations and proposals based on clients' requirements.
Assisting clients in filling out forms.
Following up with various professionals, agencies, and departments to ensure application success.
Liaising with clients to obtain information and reminding them promptly to provide the info.
Providing progress updates to clients and assisting in answering any queries they have.
Organizing and properly filing all paperwork digitally and in hardcopy.
Assisting in other administrative work, special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties assigned from time to time.
Job RequirementsPrior relevant experience particularly in the company secretarial/accounting industry is advantageous.
Love entrepreneurship and want to help business owners to start and grow their business.
The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Strong and fluent communication both verbally and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
Problem-solving skills.
Must be able to prioritize.
Motivated to achieve sales targets and commission.
Able to cross-sell and upsell.
