As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Retail & Fulfillment to drive initiatives aimed at fostering growth and expansion while aligning with the organization's strategic priorities.

Job Description:
Leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise outcomes across retail and fulfilment initiatives.
Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the rollout of strategic initiatives within the retail and fulfilment sphere.
Identifying potential growth opportunities for Shopee through retail and fulfilment initiatives.
Identifying and overcoming challenges through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting retail and fulfillment efforts.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that support key business objectives.
Engaging with senior leadership to drive forward key growth initiatives within the retail and fulfilment ecosystem.
Taking full ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of retail and fulfilment initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a high-performing organization, ideally in a role encompassing management consulting or project management.
A Bachelor's degree is required; while experience in retail and fulfilment is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt to retail and fulfilment principles and practices is beneficial.
Background in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is advantageous.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to execution.
